This Shipping Policy applies to The Sweets Hub, a trading name of Shoplex LTD, registered in the United Kingdom with company registration number 15146151. For the purposes of this document, “The Sweets Hub,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Shoplex LTD.
This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions.
Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Our couriers may include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx or Evri.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 working hours, excluding orders over 20kg. Please note that this timeframe does not apply when a product is out of stock or when we are awaiting delivery of stock.
While the standard delivery period is 48 hours after the courier receives the package, exceptional circumstances may cause delays. We cannot consider a package missing or undelivered until 7 days have passed, according to our shipping partners’ guidelines. Any missing packages or undelivered items must be reported to us. We will not be liable for any replacement or refund if we are not notified within this timeframe.

Bulk Orders and Pallet Shipping
Any order exceeding 20kg will be considered a bulk or wholesale order. For such orders, a flat shipping charge of £10 per 10kg will apply for packages only. If your order requires pallet shipping, an additional pallet charge may also be applied. You will be informed of any shipping charges via email by one of our team members after your order has been placed or if a quotation was previously provided.
Additionally, if the total weight of your order exceeds 20kg but the order amount is under £100, the flat shipping charge of £10 will still apply.
Shipping Note:
Please note that delivery estimates serve as general guidelines and are applicable exclusively during working days post-order dispatch. Weekends, Bank Holidays, and Public Holidays are not included in the calculation. Additionally, during the festive season or other peak periods, such as Black Friday sales or major events, delivery times may be extended due to high demand and courier delays.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 5 working days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland for orders up to 20kg. For orders above 20kg, please contact us before placing your order.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on working days, which are Monday to Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
